​2nd Story Performance 
After a packed performance in August 2018, 2nd Story returns to its favorite Albany Park watering hole, Nighthawk Chicago, for the inaugural Mosaic Arts Festival. Featuring stories by 2nd Story company members Martinique Hallerduff, Karla Estella Rivera, and Nicholas Ward and cocktails from mixologist extraordinaire Danny Ong, this is one perfect pairing you won't want to miss. Enjoy cocktails from the always delicious Nighthawk menu, or sip an off-menu cocktail while listening to the story that inspired it!

Chicago has long been renowned for its skyscrapers, but it is in its more humble buildings that Chicago's architectural history and style shines. On this walking tour, we'll unlock the incredible beauty and remarkable stories behind the houses, apartments, and storefronts that call Albany Park home. The tour will be led by Will Quam, a photographer whose Brick of Chicago project encourages everyone to look a little closer at the beauty of the built world around them.

(The Great Festival of Guatemalan Tamales)!

Tortuga's Latin Kitchen hosts the most delicious fundraiser to ever hit the neighborhood! 5 cocineras from different regions of Guatemala compete for the title of La Tamale Reina, as decided by a panel of expert judges and the popular vote.

3:00 - 5:00PM: Karaoke & local Guatemalan DJs 
5:00 - 7:00PM: Tamale Contest!
7:00 - 11:00PM: Music & Dancing

All proceeds from the night will help raise funds for Abrazos, an organization that provides backpacks and books to Guatemalan school kids.
